acekard use as an Cheat card for GBA?

I have Pokemon Sapphire (the Real one, On my Slot 2) And i have the acekard. Is there a Way i can put Cheats on my acekard and use it on my Pokemon Sapphire?? I did access my Pokemon Sapphire form my acekard but I want cheats… :)
