Can I sell shoes on my website from another person\’s website?

I would like to develop a website internationally so I can sell shoes to the people in my country. It would be like drop-ship, where they pay me on my site, and I purchase fromm the other site and deliver to the customer when I receive the item. I would also use public photos of the item in my site. Is this legal?
