HID Headlight Change 2009 WRX?

I bought my car about 6 months ago and I recently found out that my headlights are two different colors. The one on the right side has a whiter tint and the HID on the left side is a little bit bluer. I always see old cars with a bad hid conversion kit like this and it really annoys me. I have no clue what brightness or w.e to get. Like can i get whatever kinds i want ( 6000k’s, 8000k’s ) or is the conversion kit meant for a certain one? please help thanks a lot!

Do JDM headlights always need a conversion?

I have a 05 Honda Civic EX and want to get JDM headlights like this http://www.ebay.com/itm/2004-2005-HONDA-CIVIC-LX-EX-2D-4DR-JDM-SMOKE-HEADLIGHTS-/220894728069#vi-content this ebay ad says “Direct replacement, no modification needed” But I read other websites saying these headlights fit perfectly with an hid conversion kit. Does anyone know if that is a requirement or just an option? Can I just replace my headlights with these normally with nothing added and no converting? Thank you!

Sylvania’s Lamp Replacement Guide states:

With Composite:
Low beams = H7
High beams = 9005

I am in the market for just low beam hid conversion kits, not high nor fog. 8000K (the white/blue). I drive mainly in AZ and NY and I tried searching for legality and only found tiny details, nothing exact.

Are hid conversion kits on your car illegal in Southern California?

ok i like those lights, lol no they didn’t come stuck, but when i get them i’m going to aim them lower, my car’s lights are low as it is, small car, i’ll lower them so they don’t bother people,

I have an 04 grand am gt and I am looking to get halo led projector lights and I was just wondering if I bought an hid conversion kit would it work the the halo lights? Thanks.

Best H11 night driving bulb?

My 2011 Mazdaspeed3 uses H11 low beams. Due to my job, I’m generally a night person. I want to know what everyone’s opinion is for the best H11 bulb upgrade for driving at night. I would prefer to not do a hid conversion kit….have heard too many horrors stories. The whole legal aspect is not an issue for me. Just want the best.
There are way too many random brands out there….what do you guys trust?

How much does a dealer charge to install HID headlights in place of the factory headlight bulbs?

I recently purchased a hid conversion kit. My brother and I tried installing it yesterday and everything was installed correctly but we can not get the light to come on. I’m guessing it’s probably a wiring issue; we tried 3 different brand new ballasts and 2 different brand new bulbs.

I have a 2006 Nissan Altima.

Brightest Headlight Bulbs Chevy 2001 Blazer?

I need to replace my headlights on my 2001 Chevrolet Blazer (not Trail Blazer, just Blazer). I want to buy those super-annoying bright bright bright bulbs that everyone talks about and hates .

My question is which brand offers the brightest bulbs (and provide the measurement, i.e. 3000k, 2000k etc.)

I have heard about hid conversion, but i have no idea what it means. I just want really really bright headlights lol.
