how can I fix this DSI r4i gold problem?

when i try to use my r4, I get this following error: An error has occurred. press and hold the power button to turn the system off. Please see the Nintendo DSi operations manual for help troubleshooting,
what can i do to fix this problem? please paste links.

Getting the r4i to work for the DSi XL on Mac, Updated to 1.44?

I update my DSi XL a couple of weeks ago to 1.44 and then I bought an r4i card (its says WiFi on it and is V1.4.3) and I can’t seem to get it to work. I have downloaded the newest update V1.5.5 (I think, or 1.5.6) and I still get an error message when I turn on the system with it in it saying “…error….please turn off the console and refer to the instructions booklet”
I am trying to configure it and run it on a Mac.
Anybody know how I can solve this?
I’ve looked around online and can’t seem to find any solid solutions.

I ordered this and I already have a base R4 card and im tired of it not taing more than 2gbs. Anyway i want a GBA flash card so i can play ruby and possibly PalPark my pokemon to pearl Diamond and so on but i need a GBA flash card that can take MicroSD cards ( i have tons of em) thats for generally under $10.

Urgent! My PC won\’t read my micro SD card- How can I fix this?

This is urgent- I need to get this running tonight!
I have a HP PC, I think it’s a 2002 model. It runs Window XP. My micro SD(HC) card is a 4GB Kingston, and my adapter is a Kingston micro SD adapter that was sent with the SD card. I’m using it to try and get games onto my R4, and I need it to work tonight. I’m using a r4i Gold Plus, if that changes anything.

ANY help would be much appreciated!
Also, I don’t want anyone saying ‘R4 is illegal’ and such. I’m using it to get a Japan only game, patched, which I payed for a couple of years ago. Therefore, I’m cheating no one out of money. Again, many thanks.
And no, my adapter isn’t locked.

Will R4i-SDHC run 3DS someday?

Well I’m really sad, ‘cuz I leave in a really poor country and I can’t afford games, but then a Christmas miracle happened. A lost uncle appears and brought me the 3DS. I was so happy but then I had the disappointment that it needed a game. I was all devastated, but then another miracle happened! I won the lottery for $28! YAy!! And I bought the R4-SDHC!! Yeah, it took a lot of but I Finally configured and worked!!! YEAHHHHH!!!! But then I discovered that it doesn’t plays 3DS games!……………………… I technically died. I know that I can play ds games but that Isn’t enough. Please!!! I need to play Zelda Ocarina of Time!! Someone help me!!

r4i Gold Revoloution V1.4 problems?

Hi I recently brought one of these cards for nds orginally but there is a few problems 1) It wont work on my nds now it only works on the ndsi, (2) On the ndsi I cant see the top screen very well as its dim cant fix it also on new super mario bros on cheat option there is a backlight but it dont work sometimes! (3) Do any one know what I need to download ie firmwire to make it work on the nds? I tryed seaching and tryed a few diffferent firmwires but no success on my nds but it only works on my friends ndsi! I dont understand its ment to be for the nds not ndsi when I brought it that what it said! Any suggestions please cant take it back because its from china! lol

Help, r4i 1.4.3 update?

I have a DSi V1.4.3E, and an r4i SDHC card V1.4.3. When I try to load the cart I am told ‘An error has occurred. Press and hold the POWER button to turn the system off. Please refer to the Nintendo DSi operations manual for details’. I then tried various different kernels to try to resolve this, but nothing worked.
I tried the card in a DS lite and ‘Please upgrade the hardware for support latest firmware’ appears in front of the initial loading screen.
Help!

how come on my r4/r4i, cheat code that lets me get infinite starters from steven/profesor oak but i only get1?

all the other cheats work, ia there any way i can get them without trading over wi-fi?
