Could this be an internal hemorrhoid? NOT gross picture included!?

okay so every week or so (for the past 3 weeks) I notice this blood-type looking thing in my stool.

Does this look like a hemorrhoid? I think it might be because ever since this started my a$$hole has been extremely sore. To sit and even stand at times can really irritate it.
