How am i going to say to my 7 years old daughter about her idol, Vanessa Hudgens?

You know what happened to Vanessa Hudgens. My daughter love her. No….LOVE her. She heard her in the news about her. My daughter heard her about the nude pictures. And she said that she want to do it too. How am i going to tell her?!?

It’s really disturbing when kids want to follow in their idols’ footsteps, even when they screw up. I’d tell her I know she loves VH, but that’s not a good reason to do the things she does. I’d tell her that VH is very embarrassed by what she did and probably wishes she hadn’t done it. Does your daughter really want people to look at pictures of her naked? Somehow I doubt it, and I’m sure VH feels the same way. She just didn’t think about that when she had the picture taken.

tell her it was fake and that someone photoshopped it and that vanessa would never do that, so she should never do that too.

Tell your daughter that its wrong and she made a mistake. And tell her its bad for her copying that because shes too young.

Explain to her that everyone makes bad choices and Vanessa’s choice to take those pics was an extremely bad choice. Tell your daughter that Vanessa isn’t proud of those pictures and that she regrets taking them and she wouldn’t want any other girl to be in the position she is right now. My daughter is also a Vanessa fan. She seems like a good kid who used poor judgement like all kids do.

Hum, I grew up in the late 60’s and 70’s my idols where well behaved. I don’t have children, but I guess I would say now this is what happened to Vanessa Hudgens that doesn’t mean it is alright for you to do the same when you are at her age.
Sir, nude shots are an art if used in a artistic theme not vulgar to the public. I believe artistic nudity is acceptable, it would need to be commented throughout the exhibition to keep it in the right contexts.

well i would say to her that you dont always want to imitate your idol and that you should tell her to put her in vannesas shoes and i dont think that if she was a celeb she would want everyone to emulate her so just explain that it was a wrong thing and she can still like vannessa just for her good qualiteies hope i helped
