Im so scared to be home alone?! Paranoid or something?! What do you do when your home alone?!?

So I live in a 2 story house (I guess three cause the attack is a chill out room/silent Homework area) in an O.K kind of California neighborhood and im scared of being home alone Im a 15 year old and for some reason I am scared to death of being home alone as I said… I close all curtains except the living room one (open it a bit so the light says dont steal from this house people are home!) I turn on all the laptops lock all doors and windows from garage to backyard, I pray, I watch tv, Turn all the lights on, keep my house phone and cell phone with me at all times, eat a sugary snack, put a bat behind the shoe rack, keep a pocket knife with me close all unoccupied room doors, listen to happy music, chat with friends, call my sisters, watch a funny movie, play with my cat, take herbal homeopathy relaxtion pills, watch netflix, Experiment with makeup, and drink nice chamomile tea. AND I STILL SCARE EASILY!

SO my Over all Q is What do you do when your home alone to make your self feel better?

Oh ya My parents Work both till 7:45 at night but from north L.A with late night traffic they get home at like 9:30 and my little bro hangs out with his friends till like 9:00 and he usually sleeps over on friday to saturday so Im in this dumb situation at least once a week!
