Micro SD 2G Trouble. 10 Reward Points!?

My Memory Card I use in my r4 is corrupted, its also corrupted my usual usb stick i used, so i formatted it on my mobile, that worked fine, i went to open the memory card on my computer and, it comes up file needs to be formatted, or something along those lines, which happend before i formatted it on my phone too, so i kept the options as they were (FAT), and clicked format, it came up with the warning, i clicked ok, and it came up unable to format, so, i have no way of opening, or formatting it. i looked on its properties, it has 0 used bytes, and 0 free bytes, is it supposed to be like this? someone help? 10 points!

also ive heard of FAT16 & FAT32, but there isnt an option for them on my pc, just exFAT, FAT, NTFS.
