My Tony Hawk Shred 2 board won\’t calibrate. ?

I have tried everything. It has only worked once since Christmas when my brother got it. We changed to old and new batteries, we tried connecting it from different parts of the room. It still doesn’t work. I have a wii console, Toby hawk shred 2, the sensor bar is hooked up, and all other wii accessories that I have connect fine. We have tried everything. Please help!!
