Transfering/Blending 2 calls together using Cisco IP Phone System?

Transfering/Blending 2 calls together using Cisco ip phone System?
I know how to transfer an incoming call to an extension – my questions is can you transfer/blend 2 current calls together?
When I have two calls (one on hold the other one is my current call), instead of the “Transfer” option, there’s a “DirTfr” Option – but I don’t know how to connect them together.
