treatment of hemorrhoid ? OTC?

Hello
lately i have been suffering from hemorrhoid, lucky it is internal hemorrhoid so there is no pain, rarely a little pain, I’m 21 years old male, weight: 202.6 lbs (92 kg) im overweight with very bad diet last 2 years which led to my overweight,
i know it is late but im trying to fix my diet now.

I thought of going to the hospital but unfortunately I don’t have time at all im very busy, and even if i have i don’t think I will go

anyway, any tips about my condition ? and is there any drugs [over the counter] i can buy from the pharmacy which will help me ?
